Refund Policy

 

Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.  Digital products, sale items are non-refundable. 

Return Process

Email our Customer Support team at info@acorntosprout.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once authorized, please send back the item within 14 days. Keep your tracking information for reference.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you as to whether your refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your packaging upon receipt of your order and contact us immediately at info@acorntosprout.com if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item. 

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital downloads or gift cards.
